If staff feel that the environment is conducive to learning they will flourish and be pro-active in their learning. I want to see staff exploring different perspectives and encourage dialogue to advocate within the team and environment. Studies direct shown that a culture that emphasises teamwork and innovation has a positive allude on quality of clinical care (Berlowitz et al, 2003). They are:
