Our grouping team has four portions including wholeness group team leader who leads the team. We have decided that we should do project planning first so that we Can stir up our work in an effective direction.
The group leader has fully consummate the scheduling in 3 days. The team is partitioned into two sub-teams as team-1 and team-2.according to scheduling team-1 worked on schematic designing of digital clock on proteus while team-2 worked on making of report(documentation).
Team-1 borrowed works on simulation . team -1 had faced lot of problems in simulation, so they decided to engender personal opinions from team-2 , so that they discount get rid of from these problems.
After getting the opinions from team-2, team-1 had finally get rid of all problems and therefore made a successful simulation which is working absolutely fine. They had spent one hebdomad on simulation for complete testing and somewhere errors occurred, they were as well as try their best efforts to remove the errors altogether and make simulation absolutely working and 100% free of errors.
Now its time to start working of team-2, according to the scheduling that team-2 will start their work after completion of team-1 work.
