The Wave

The ramble The character I chose to write more or less in our concession was Laurie. Laurie is a very smart girl and seems to be quite a popular in the film. In the beginning og the movie when they atomic number 18 every in history, watching a movie on Hitler, she seems to be more touched by it. She was very aroused ab go forth it and showed that she realy c ared about what happened. Laurie was also the person who started the whole experiment. She cute to know how the Germans could non know about the camps where all the jews were killed. Laurie was sentiment about it a lot after that history lesson. She could non understand how all those Germans could just sit there and not do anything about the situation. She thought it was awful. Although when Mr. Ross creates The Wave, and exclusive group, she is happy about it. She feels that the whole class, even Robert, the lone hand, is a differentiate of something supposedly great. She thinks they work break down such a great team in the class and everyone is involved. She is so pleased that she tells both her parents about the sassy group. Her mother does not think it is a good composition but Laurie tells her otherwise. She convinces her that it is a great thing to do for the class. The bother then amounts when Laurie starts getting insecure about The Wave.

She thinks people are starting to take it a little too serious. She wants out if the group which then shows that it has great consequences. Robert, who used to be the loner in the class that never seem to fit in, thinks that Laurie has become a threat and wants to either get her back into The Wave or make sure she knows that if you want out, it will come with consequences. Her boyfriend, who became her ex-boyfriend after he got too involved with The Wave, almost attacked her after school. She muct have been terrified of what this new epidemic is doing to everyone. Worst part is that it could have been her. She is more or less alone in all of this because she is the only one who does not think they should all obey...
