Most people are quite familiar with the saying, Those who nett, find out. This statement suggests that people who have failed, or would-be failures, in the world of employment, outside of academia, end up as teachers. As an individual, I feel torn between my own arguments of this cliché. For example, a melodic line teacher who has never successfully ran a business might not be the best candidate to teach the topic effectively unto those students who have the heating for entrepreneurships. That being utter how are we, as students, expected to trust the knowledge of teachers who propound us nigh our recital and how our own mankind came to be? Although teaching, at any level, does require the credentials of state mandated regulations and college degrees, does that, alone, check over that our teachers are not just robots to the textbook? When I rebound back on my teachers, especially those who taught history in laid-back school, I remember struggling with boredom as I memorized a sequence of dates and events; hoping to receive a decent, passing grade. I do not, however, recall any type of incentive or self-gratitude once the test papers were returned and I read B- mark in red pen at the top of the page.

To be perfectly honest, I have no recollections of any history that was taught unto me throughout my teenage years. Perhaps it was because I was simply indifferent and unmotivated. I believe that could have been a result of the passion that the lessons lacked. The substance of a history course is almost in any case common and often overlooked as relevant. It takes great lather to connect our personal, modern day lives and ideas with those who lived before us, in on the whole different eras. On the other hand, education is also about equipping students with a broad base of knowledge, thus, allowing us to string our own conclusions and bring about our own individual concepts.
