The purpose of this experiment is to investigate the properties of an enzyme - substrate reaction

2.Hypothesis

In this experiment, if the tightfistedness of the enzyme is increased, then the reaction will proceed faster and if the niggardness of the enzyme will decrease, then the reaction will proceed slower.
